90% of our work is completed within one hour from drop off to collection. Our tech procedures have be refined specifically to cater for all of us who utilise our devices for day to day life both business and personal.
An in-house technician’s diagnostic assessment is required for us to know what is required to repair your device or recover your lost data. The result of this assessment allows us to arrive at an accurate quote for your consideration and approval.
After a brief conversation with a prospective client, a technician will arrive at the symptoms that are currently being experienced by the customer, first hand. Simply put, the reason you have made the trip in to see us.
If at the counter on device check-in, it is clear what is required to repair the device (e.g. screen is cracked only) we provide you with a repair price and timeframe for your approval.
If at the counter on device check-in it is unclear what is required to repair the device (e.g. it is not powering on), a technician will perform a device diagnostic using proprietary software and testing equipment inside of our on-site repair lab. From there, the technician will be able to provide you with a repair price and timeframe for your approval.
On completion of the approved work, the technician will contact you one final time to confirm that the repair is complete and the device is ready for collection. This is the case, whether it is 30 mins or 3 days after you've checked the device in - we like to be thorough!
